Where do I start? Elena Ford is an amazing Real Estate Agent. My husband owned a real estate company and I worked for Chicago Title, so I would say we know real estate. Elena went above and beyond, her compassion, understanding and tolerance of a difficult situation was unbelievable. My family had lived in the home for 51 years; my mother fell down the stairs and caused us to re-evaluate her living situation. Elena was with us every step of the way. Real Estate Agents are a dime a dozen. There is no one we would work with again except Elena Ford. I told her I would like to put up a billboard about her. Five stars is not sufficient to assess Elena.

Elena is the best realtor I have ever worked with out of more than a dozen, and have now closed two purchases and one sale with her. She really takes the time to listen to what I want and helps guide me in how my requirements affect my available market. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire NW Suburbs and helped me quickly find a host of good matches to focus on. Elena also had a lot of patience with me as my goals changed during my purchase! Finally, Elena was a fierce advocate for me during the negotiation, making sure I got everything I needed to my best advantage. Bottom line is I recommend Elena 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell.
